Linda Edna Cardellini is the daughter of Lorraine (Hernan), a mother, and Wayne David Cardellini (a father) and a businessman. Her heritage is Italian by descent from her father's grandfather. Irish through the mother she had, German, English, Scottish, and German. Linda was raised living in her native San Francisco Bay area, California and was the eldest of four kids. She became interested in acting in the age of ten when she sang in the school's Christmas show. She continued to do school shows and also community theater. Linda went to Saint Francis High School in Mountain View, California. After she graduated Linda was forced to decide which one she would prefer to relocate into New York or Los Angeles and pursue a theater degree. She decided to go to LA. Lily James is a stage name given to Lily Chloe Ninette Thomson, an English actress born on 5 April 1989. Her first acting experience began in the show Just William in 2010, a British television show. Cinderella (2015) is her first film following the time she was the lead actress in the role of Lady Rose MacClare (2012-2015) in Downton Abbey which was a period drama. James went onto portray the role of Countess Natasha Rostova, in the TV version of War & Peace, in 2016. She also appeared in a number of films. They include the action movie Baby Driver (2017) and the period dramas Darkest Hour (2017) and The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society (2018 and 2021) and musicals Mamma Mia! We Go Again 2018 and Yesterday (2019). Her character was nominated to win the Golden Globe Award and a Primetime Emmy Award in 2022 to play Pamela Anderson, the star of Pam & Tommy.
